Yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarının sınıf öğretmenlerinin ve okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi (Çine örneği)

Abstract

Arastırmanın amacı yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarını sınıf öğretmenlerinin ve okul yöneticilerinin görüslerine dayanarak değerlendirmektir. Çalısma iliskisel tarama modeline göre desenlenmistir. Arastırmanın çalısma grubunu Aydın ili Çine ilçesi ilköğretim okulları sınıf öğretmenleri ve okul yöneticileri olusturmaktadır. Arastırmanın veri toplama sürecinde, yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamları ölçeği uygulamasında arastırmanın nicel grubunu olusturan 132 sınıf öğretmenine ve görüsmelerde de nitel çalısma grubunu olusturan 15 okul yöneticisine ulasılabilmistir. Bu verilere göre arastırmada toplam 153 sınıf öğretmeninin %86,27’sine, 17 okul yöneticisinin %88,23’üne ulasılmıstır. Arastırmada veri toplama aracı olarak öğretmen bilgi formu, Yapılandırmacı Öğrenme Ortamları Ölçeği ve görüsme formu kullanılmıstır. Nicel verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, Whitney U testi, Kruskal H testi; Nitel verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz uygulanmıstır. Arastırma bulgularına göre sınıf öğretmenlerinin mezun olunan kurum ve öğretmenliğe baslama yıllarına göre yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamına iliskin görüslerinde anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmistir. Sınıf öğretmenleri yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarına iliskin kendilerini oldukça yeterli görmektedir. Okul yönetici görüsleri yoluyla ulasılan arastırma sonuçlarına göre, okul yöneticilerinin yapılandırmacılık ve yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarına iliskin hizmetiçi eğitim ihtiyacı tespit edilmistir.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the Constructivist learning environments by the views of the primary school teachers and school administrators. In this study, correlational research method was performed. The working group of this research consist of primary school teachers and school administrators of Çine, Aydın. In the duration of this research, constructivist learning environment scale was performed to 132 primary school teacher who constituted the quantitive group and interviews was performed with 15 school administrators who constituted the qualitative group. By the data, in this research %86,27 of 153 primary school teacher and %88,23 of 17 school administrator was being reached. Knowledge Form of Teacher, Constructivist Learning Environment Scale and Interview Form with school administrators was employed as data gathering instrument in this research. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Whitney U test and Kruskal H test were employed as quantitive data analysing; descriptive analysing was employed as qualitative data analysing. According to the findings of the research, it is fixed that there are meaningful differencies between primary teacher views about constructivist learning environments according to the graduated school and inauguration time as a teacher. Primary teachers are found almost confident about their competence in constructivist learning environments. According to the results of the research, reached by the views of the school administrators, it was fixed that school administrators need in service education about constructivism and constructivist learning environments.
