Yoksul hanelerde sosyal dışlanmanın boyutları: Aydın ili örneği

Abstract

Tüm dünyada artan zenginliklerin yanı sıra eşitsizlik, güvencesizlik, gelir dağılımı adaletsizliği, yoksulluk ve bağımlılık giderek derinleşmektedir. Bu gelişmeler sosyal politikalara duyulan gereksinimi artırırken refah devleti giderek zayıflamaktadır. Son dönemde sosyal dışlanma sorununu gelişmişlik düzeyine bakılmaksızın tüm ülkeleri yakından etkilemeye başlamıştır. Türkiye'de diğer ülkelerde olduğu gibi yoksulluk olgusunun varlığı net bir şekilde görülmektedir. Sorun düşük eğitim düzeyi, işsizlik, kayıtdışı ekonomi, yetersiz sosyal güvenlik sistemi, ekonomik kriz, adil olmayan gelir dağılımı ve bölgesel eşitsizlikler gibi ülkenin yapısal sorunlarıyla beslenerek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Yoksulluk ekonomik bir sorun olmanın ötesinde, sosyolojik bir sorun olarak da literatürde yerini almış, sosyal dışlanma olgusunun içinde varlığını belirginleştirmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada; Aydın'da yoksul hanelerde sosyal dışlanmanın boyutlarını belirleyebilmek için kömür yardımı alan ve yeşil kart kullanan haneleri kapsayan anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiş olup anket sonucunda elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiştir. The increasing wealth in worldwide, as well as inequality, insecurity, inequality of income distribution, poverty and dependence gradually deepen. These developments increase the need for social policies and increasingly undermine the meaning of the welfare state. In recent years, the problem of social exclusion affects pretty much all countries regardless of the level of development. The existence of the phenomenon of poverty is seen clearly in Turkey, like other countries. The problems are become widespread by feeding with other factors, such as; low levels of education, unemployment and the informal economy, inadequate social security system, the economic crisis of the country, unfair distribution of income and regional inequalities. Poverty is beyond being an economic problem; it is also protecting the location of the sociological literature as a problem. At the same time, poverty has become evident of the existence of the phenomenon of social exclusion. Within this context, the survey has been done on who have green card and require the help of coal. Aim of this survey is able to determine in terms of the seriousness and magnitude of poverty and social exclusion in Aydın Province. As a result of the survey, the hypothesis is confirmed.
