Bu araştırmada Birlikte Ebeveynliğe Geçiş Programı'nın (BEGEP) evli, bir arada yaşayan, ilk bebeklerini bekleyen çiftlerin birlikte ebeveynliği, romantik ilişki kalitesi, depresyon ve kaygı düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. BEGEP, ebeveynliğe geçiş dönemindeki çiftlerin birlikte ebeveynlik ilişkisi kurmasını ve geliştirmesini hedefleyen kanıt temelli bir müdahale programıdır. 120-180 dakika arasında süren beş oturumdan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma, Aydın ili Efeler ilçesinde yaşayan seçkisiz atama yoluyla oluşturulan 15 deney ve 20 kontrol grubunda olmak üzere toplam 35 çift ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların yaş ve evlilik süresi ortalaması sırasıyla 30.60 ve 2.58'dir. Araştırmada deney ve kontrol gruplu, öntest-sontest-izleme testli gerçek deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi için Tekrarlayan Ölçümler için ANOVA uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, BEGEP'in çiftlerin birlikte ebeveynlik düzeyleri üstünde anlamlı bir etkisi olduğunu gösterirken, romantik ilişki kalitesi, depresyon ve kaygı düzeyleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye rastlanılmamıştır. Sonuç olarak, BEGEP'in etkililiği bilimsel yöntemlerle sınanmış ve çiftlerin birlikte ebeveynliği üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur.
In this study, it was examined the effect of the Transition to Coparenting Program on parent candidates' coparenting relationship, romantic relationship quality, depression, and anxiety levels. Couples must be live together, and they must be expecting their first baby. BEGEP is an evidence-based intervention program aimed at couples in the transition period to parenthood to establish and develop a coparenting relationship. It consists of five sessions and each session takes time around 120-180 minutes. The research was carried out with a total of 35 couples, including 15 experiment and 20 control groups. Participants live in Aydın, Efeler. The mean age and duration of marriage of the participants were 30.60 and 2.58, respectively. The design of this study is true experimental design with experiment and control groups, pretest-posttest-follow up test. Repeated Measures of ANOVA was applied for the analysis of the data. Findings of the study obtained that BEGEP had a significant positive effect on the coparenting perception of couples, while there was no significant effect on the quality of romantic relationships, depression, and anxiety levels. As a result, the effectiveness of BEGEP was scientifically tested and it was found to have a positive effect on couples' coparenting.
