Amaç: Bu çalışmada bazı kayısı çeşitlerinde stoma ve klorofil yoğunluklarının saptanması ile ileride kuraklık stresi vb. çalışmalara bazı kayısı çeşitleri anlamında yol göstermesi amaçlanmaktadır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Çalışma 2018 ve 2019 yıllarında Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi, Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait meyve koleksiyon bahçesinde 8 yaşlı kayısı çöğürü üzerine aşılı Iğdır, Roxana, Zaza, Tyrinthe çeşitlerinde yürütülmüştür. Çeşitlere ait yapraklarda klorofil yoğunlukları cihaz ile belirlenmiş, stoma boyutları ve stoma sayıları yaprağın altından kalıp alma yöntemi sonucunda mikroskopta ölçülmüş ve sayılmıştır. Bulgular: Tyrinthe çeşidinde hem güneş yapraklarda hem de gölge yapraklarda klorofil yoğunluğu yüksek çıkmıştır. Tüm çeşitler bazında stoma sayılarının aylık ortalamalara bakıldığında istatistiki olarak fark bulunmuştur. Varyans analizi sonucunda en yüksek değer Tyrinthe çeşidinde görülürken, stoma eni ve boyu anlamında en yüksek değerler Eylül ayında meydana gelmiş, çeşitler değerlendirildiğinde ise en bakımından Roxana, boy bakımından Zaza çeşidi olumlu sonuç vermiştir. Sonuç: Yapılan çalışma ile Aydın ekolojisinde bulunan bazı kayısı çeşitlerinin vejetasyon dönemi boyunca klorofil yoğunlukları, stoma özellikleri incelendiğinde ileriye yönelik fizyolojik dengeyle ilgili çalışmalardaki ilgili yorumlara ışık tutabilmesi sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.
Objective: In this study, it was determined stoma and chlorophyll densities in some apricot varieties and it was aimed to guide the studies in the future on drought stress etc. in terms of some apricot varieties. Material and Methods: The study was carried out in the apricot varieties, namely Iğdır, Roxana, Zaza, Tyrinthe grafted on 8-year-old apricot seedlings in fruit science collection orchards in Horiculture Department, Agriculture Faculty, Adnan Menderes University in Aydın province in 2018 and 2019. Chlorophyll densities in the leaves of the varieties were determined with the device, and stoma sizes and stoma numbers were measured and counted with the mold removal method from the bottom of the leaf under the microscope. Results: Chlorophyll density was high in both sun leaves and shade leaves in Tyrinthe variety. It was found a statistical difference when the monthly averages of stoma numbers were examined on the basis of all varieties. As a result of variance analysis, the highest value was seen in Tyrinthe variety. The highest stomatal width and length occurred in September. When the varieties were evaluated, Roxana and Zaza varieties gave favorable results in terms of width and length, respectively. Conclusion: With this study, it was examined the chlorophyll densities and stomatal characteristics of some apricot varieties in Aydın ecology during the vegetation period. It has been tried to shed light on the relevant comments in the prospective studies on physiological balance.
