Bu araştırmada, 53.040 broyler civciv (Ross 308), Gumboro aşısı (içme
suyu) (Vineland) ile 8 ve 16. günlerde aşılandı. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 36, 43 ve 50.
günlerde antikor titreleri ELISA ile tespit edildi. Civcivlerdeki antikor titreleri
sırasıyla 2636, 484, 212, 295, 1106, 4214, 3261 ve 4397 olarak bulundu.
Araştırmanın yapıldığı çiftlikte hastalığın görülme zamanının 17-40. günler
olduğu göz önünde tutulduğunda, elde edilen antikor titrelerinin 22-29. günlerde
düşük olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Antikor titreleri düşük olmasına rağmen hastalığa
karşı koruma sağlanmaktadır.
In this study, 53.040 broiler hens (Ross 308) were immunized with Gumboro
(drinking water) vaccine (Vineland) in 8 and 16 day age. Antibody titers were
determined by ELISA 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 36, 43 and 50 day. Antibody titers for
chickens were found 2636, 484, 212, 295, 1106, 4214, 3261 and 4397, respectively.
As the infection was observed in the broiler farm between 17 and 40 days,
the antibody titres obtained from the samples were low between 22 and 29 days.
Although the antibody titres were found to be low, an immunological defense was
observed.
