Çilekten izole edilen Fusarium spp. ve Colletotrichum spp. ile biberden izole edilen Fusarium spp. ve V. dahliae izolatlarının patojenisite çalısmaları yapılmıs ancak hiçbir etmen patojen olarak saptanmamıstır. Bu nedenle çalısmada sadece çilekte mikoriza patojen iliskisi, biberde ise bitki gelisimine etkileri degerlendirilmistir. Çalısmada ayrıca mikorizal fungusların çilek bitkisinin gelisimine olan etkileri de degerlendirilmistir. Bu amaçla çilekte patojen oldukları bilinen biri çilekten (Rsç), digeri domuz pıtragından (Xanthium strumarium) (Rsx) izole edilmis 2 R. solani izolatı kullanılmıstır. Rsç ile inokule edilen bitkilerin köklerinde hastalık siddeti %67 iken patojenle birlikte mikoriza uygulanan bitkilerde %35.2, yapraklarda ise sırasıyla %45 ve %15 olarak belirlenmistir. Rsx ile inokule edilen bitkilerin köklerinde ise hastalık siddeti %76.6 iken patojenle birlikte mikoriza uygulanan bitkilerde %36.7, yapraklarda ise sırasıyla %40 ve %10 olarak saptanmıstır. Mikoriza ile inokule edilen bitkiler ile kontrol bitkileri ve R. solani ile inokule edilen bitkilerin morfolojik ve pomolojik gelisim kriterleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli farklılıklar belirlenmistir. Mikorizalı bitkilerin, R. solani (Rsç) ile inokule edilen bitkilere ve kontrol bitkilerine göre en yüksek yaprak ve kardes bitki sayısına sahip oldugu saptanmıstır. Yesil aksam yas ve kuru agırlıgı bakımından mikorizalı bitkiler ile kontrol bitkileri arasında istatistiksel farklılık olmamasına karsın Rsç ile inokule edilen bitkilerde bu farklılık önemli bulunmustur. Kök gelisimi açısından mikorizalı bitkilerin diger uygulamalardaki bitkilere göre daha üstün oldukları belirlenmistir. En fazla kök gelisiminin görüldügü mikorizalı bitkilerin kök yas ve kuru agırlıgı bakımından kontrol bitkileri ile arasındaki fark önemli bulunmazken Rsç ile inokule edilen bitkiler ile arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmustur.
The pathogenicity studies of Fusarium spp. and Colletotrichum spp. isolated from strawberry and Fusarium spp. and V. dahliae isolated from pepper were conducted, but aren?t found to be pathogen. Therefore, in the study mycorrhizaepathogen relationship in strawberry and plant growth in pepper were evaluated. In addition the effect of mycorrhizae on growth of strawberry was determined. Therefore, in this study mycorrhizae-pathogen relationship in strawberry and plant growth in pepper were evaluated. Two isolates of R. solani, isolated from Xanthium strumarium (Rsx) and strawberry (Rsç), were used. The diseases severity on the root of strawberry inoculated with Rsç was %67 while it was %35.2 with application of both pathogen and mycorrhizae and it was respectively %45 and %15 on the leaves. The severity inoculated by Rsx on the root was %76.6 while it was %36.7 with application of both pathogen and mycorrhizae and it was respectively %40 and %10 on the leaves. When the effects of mycorrhizae and R. solani on the morphological and pomological growth compared between control and inoculated plants, statistically differences were found. The plants inoculated with mycorrhizae have more leaves and daughter plant than control and inoculated with R. solani. There were not statistically differences on fresh and dry weight between control and plants with mycorrhizae. On the other hand, this differences were found on the plants inoculated with Rsç were important. The root growth of plants with mycorrhizae was higher than plants in other applications. The fresh and dry weight of plants with mycorrhizae that root growth was observed. There was not statistically a difference on fresh and dry weight of root between control and plants with mycorrhizae increase there was a significant difference among plants inoculants with Rsç.
