Köy enstitülerinde yetişen kadın öğretmenlerin Türk toplumuna etkileri

Abstract

Türk toplumunda ailenin, aile içinde kadının yeri ve önemi büyüktür. Bu çalışma Türk eğitim tarihinde önemli bir yere sahip olan köy enstitülerinde yetişen kadın öğretmenlerin topluma etkilerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tarama modeli ve tarihsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Nitel desende tasarlanmış veri toplama tekniklerinden görüşme ve gözlem kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca Köy Enstitüleri hakkında kitaplar, tezler, periyodik yayınlar, bibliyografyalar, yasalar incelenmiştir. Köy Enstitüsünde yetişen kadın öğretmenlerle mülakat yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonunda kadın öğretmenler hakkında bilgiler ortaya konmuştur. Aynı zamanda Köy Enstitülerinde yetişmiş kadın öğretmenlerin köylere giderek toplumda aktif olduğu ve köy kadınlarını yetiştirmek üzere çalıştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma o dönemde kadın öğretmenlerin toplumdaki yerini göstermesi açısından önemlidir.

In the Turkish society, the family, the place and the importance of the woman in the family have a great importance. This study was carried out in order to determine the effects of female teachers who grew up in a Village Institute, which has an important place in Turkish education history. Scanning model and historical research methods are used. Interviews and observations were used from the qualitative data collection techniques. In addition, books, theses, periodicals, bibliographies and laws have been examined about the Village Institutes. Interviews were held with female teachers who grew up at the Village Institute. At the end of this study, the data about female teachers was revealed. At the same time, it has been determined that the female teachers trained at the Village Institute were increasingly active in the community and working to train village women. This study was important in terms of presenting the place of female teachers in the society at that time.
