Bu çalışma, İzmir İli Kemalpaşa ilçesinde bulunan 10 yaşındaki kiraz bahçesinde 2016 yılında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Prunus mahaleb L. (diğer bir adı ile idris ) anaçları üzerine aşılı 0900 Ziraat kirazın çeşidi ve polinatör olarak bal arısı (Apis mellifera L.) kullanılmıştır. Çalışma rüzgârın polinasyonda etkisinin tespiti için 1 mm x 1 mm ebatlı file uygulaması, rüzgâr ve morfolojik olarak bal arılarından küçük böceklerin etkilerini belirlemek için 4 mm x 4 mm ebatlı file uygulaması ve tozlaşmada bal arıları ve diğer faktörlerin birlikte etkisini belirlemek için serbest uygulama olarak planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Çalışma bahçesine çiçeklenmeden 1-2 gün öncesinde 2 adet arılı kovan getirilmiş ve file uygulaması yapılacak dallarda çiçek sayımları yapılarak file ile kapatılmıştır. Deneme bahçesinde çiçeklenme dönemindeki her gün saat 10:00‟da kontrol (serbest) grubunu oluşturan ağaçlardaki 5 çiçek üzerinde 10‟ar dakika süreyle bal arısı ve diğer böceklerin ziyaret sayımları yapılmıştır. Çiçek ziyaret sıklığında tespit edilen polinatörlere göre yapılan sayımların %91.23‟ünü bal arısı polinatörleri ve %8.77‟sinin bal arısı harici diğer polinatörler olduğu saptanmıştır. Uygulamaların meyve tutumu ve kalitesine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla ben düşme döneminde meyve sayımları ve hasat edilen meyvelerde fiziksel ve kimyasal analizler yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 1 mm x 1mm ebatlarında gözenekleri olan file uygulamasında hiç meyve tutumu olmamıştır. Bir yıllık çalışma sonucu elde edilen verilerde; serbest uygulamada meyve tutumu, meyve ağırlığı, meyve boyu, meyve eni, sap uzunluğu, pH 4 mm x 4 mm ebatlı file uygulamasına göre yüksek bulunmuştur.
This study was carried out at the 10 years old cherry orchard located in KemalpaĢa district of Izmir. Species of cherry named 0900 Ziraat which had been grafted on the stocks of Prunus mahaleb L. ( named either idris) and bee as pollinator (Apis mellifera L.) were used on that study. The subject of study are about net application sized 1 mm x 1 mm to detect the effect of wind on pollination, net application sized 4 mm x 4 mm to detect the effects of wind and bees as morphological on little insects and open application to detect the effects of both bees and the other factors together on pollination. 1-2 days ago before blooming, 2 units beehives containing bees had been brought to the study garden and were covered by net after counting of blossoms on the branches which would be done the net application. Every day during blooming time in the trial garden at 10.00 am, for ten minutes, visits of bees and other insects to 5 blossoms on the trees called as control group (independent) were counted and according to counting of pollinators that were detected during frequency of visits to blossoms, 91.23% bee pollinators and 8.77% other pollinators except bee were determined as the result. For the purpose of detecting the effects of application on attitude and quality of fruits, fruits were counted and physical and chemical analysis were made for harvested fruits on veraison term. On the study, there were not any fruit attitude on the net application that had 1 mm x 1 mm sized pores. According to datas gained in the one year study, fruit attitude, fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, stem length, pH on open application were higher than the net application sized 4 mm x 4 mm.
