Turizm sektöründe kobi’lerin finansman sorunları ve çözüm önerileri: Şirince örneği

Abstract

Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli işletmeler (KOBi), tüm ülke ekonomilerinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu işletmeler gerek yapısal özellikleri gerekse de ekonomik durumlardan kaynaklanan birçok sorunla karşı karşıyadır. KOBi‟lerin en önemli sorunlarından birisi de finansman sorunlarıdır. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle Türkiye‟de ve dünyada KOBi‟lerin tanımlarını, gelişimlerini, avantajları ve dezavantajları ile karşılaştıkları sorunlar hakkında bilgi verilerek, iirince‟de yapılan bir alan çalışması ile KOBi konaklama işletmelerinin finansman sorunlarının kaynağını ve bu sorunu aşmada kullandıkları araçları; alternatif finansman araçlarını ne kadar tanıdıklarını araştırmak ve çözüm öneri getirmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, öncelikle KOBi‟lerin tanımları, özellikleri, avantajları, dezavantajları ve KOBi konaklama işletmeleri üzerinde durulmuş daha sonra ise KOBi‟lerin ülke ekonomilerindeki yeri ve önemi ile Türkiye ekonomisindeki yeri ve önemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. ikinci bölümde finansman sorunları, finansman kaynakları, KOBi‟lere destek veren kuruluşlar ve alternatif finansman teknikleri açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, iirince bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren KOBi konaklama işletmelerin finansman sorunları ve finansman tercihlerini tespitine yönelik yapılan bir araştırmanın bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket tekniği ve görüşme uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler de istatistik programı ile değerlendirilerek analiz edilmiştir.

The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) has become important for all economies in the world. SMEs face a lot of problems originating from their structural features and economical situations. The financial problems of SMEs is one of the most problems. In this study, after giving information about the definitions and evolutions of SME in Turkey and the other countries, advantages and disadvantages of SME and the most important problems of them it was aimed to search through a survey in ġirince the main reasons of the financial problems of small and medium sized accomodation enterprises; the financial instruments was used to solve these problems; the consciousness of SME‟s about alternative financial instruments. This study consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, afterfocusing on the definitions, features, advantages and disadvantages of SMEs and small and medium sized accomodation enterprises, It has been given information about the importance of SMEs in the country economies and Turkey‟s economy. It has been explained financial problems and financial sources of SMEs, alternatif financial methots and organisation which granted a subsidy to SMEs in the second chapter. The third chapter includes the findings of a research on the determination of financial problems and financial preferences of small and medium sized accomodation enterprises existing in ġirince district. Face to face interview method of quantitative research and interview was used in this survey and the data of the survey is analysed with statistical program.
