Abstract:
Küreselleşme sürecini ortaya çıkaran en önemli faktör teknolojik gelişmelerdir. Teknolojideki hızlı değişim işletmelerin sosyal ve ekonomik çevrelerinde, stratejilerinde, yapılarında ve yönetimlerinde değişikliklere neden olmaktadır. Küreselleşmenin günümüze getirmiş olduğu en önemli sonuç sürekli artan rekabete karşı değişme zorunluluğudur. İşletmelerin rekabetçi üstünlüğü elde edebilmeleri için kullandıkları stratejilerin seçimi önem arz etmektedir. İşletmeler
yoğun küresel rekabetin ve sürekli değişikliklerin meydana geldiği bir ortamda Teknoloji Yönetimi ile varlıklarını sürdürmektedirler. Bu çalışma da, Umurlu Organize Sanayi Bölgesi‘nde bulunan Jantsa A.Ş.‘nin Türkiye piyasalarında ve uluslararası
alanda teknolojiyi kullanma dereceleri ve rekabet durumunu göstermek amaçlanmıştı.
The main factor revealing the globalization duration/process is technological developments. The fast changing in technology causes alteration in their social and economic environment, strategy, structure and management of enterprise. The most important conclusion which globalization bring upto the present is the necessity of changing against to enhancing of competition. Choosing of strategy which enterprises use for obtaining priority competition is important. Enterprises can keep on their existence with the help of Technology Management in the surroundings which global competition and continual changing are accured.
