Türkiye çay sanayiinde finansal analiz tekniklerinin uygulanması: Çaykur A.Ş.'de bir uygulama

Abstract

Çay bitkisinin kültürel ve ekonomik anlamda çok değerli olduğu için, çay sektörünün dünya ekonomisi ve Türkiye ekonomisi içinde oldukça önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Artan çay talebine de bağlı olarak, çay üretimi ve çay satışları her yıl istikrarlı bir biçimde artmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, çay sektörü yıllar itibariyle hızlı bir biçimde gelişmektedir. Çaykur A.Ş.'dir. Çaykur A.Ş. ülkemiz çay üretiminin yaklaşık üçte ikilik kısmını tek başına gerçekleştirmektedir. Çalışmada, çay sektörüne ilişkin kapsamlı bir analiz yapılmış ve finansal analiz teknikleri anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde ise, sektörün en önemli kuruluşu konumunda olan Çaykur A.Ş.'nin temel finansal tabloları finansal analize tabû tutulmuş ve Çaykur A.Ş.'nin finansal durumu ortaya konmuştur. Çaykur A.Ş.'nin son beş yıl içinde finansal durumu her geçen yıl daha iyiye gitmiş ve firmanın malû yapısı oldukça düzelmiştir. Çaykur A.Ş.'nin finansal durumu ile ilgili eyleminin devam etmesi, firmayı bugün geldiği noktadan çok daha iyi yerlere taşıyacaktır. Sonuç olarak, sektör içinde gerek üretim gerekse satış konusunda çok önemli bir konumda olan Çaykur A.Ş. günümüzde finansal yönden de çok kuvvetlenmiş ve geleceğe yönelik olarak önemli bir potansiyel taşır hale gelmiştir. As tea plant has a cultural and economical value, tea industry place and important role in the global economy and Turkish economy. Due to the accelerated tea demand, tea production and tea sales have been increasing steadily. Therefore, tea industry develops year by year. There are lots of firms in tea industry, the most considerable is Çaykur. It produces the two third of the tea in Turkey. In this thesis, a comprehensive analysis about tea industry has been done and financial analysis techniques has been explained. In the last section, the fundamental financial tables of Çaykur are analyzed and the financial status of the firm is put forward. The financial status of Çaykur in the last five years develops years by year and the financial structure improves. As this development continues, the company?s economical status will be better than to day. Finally, Çaykur, that is in a vital status according to tea production and sales in the industry, has been empowered financially and keeps a potential growth in the future.
