Bağımsızlık sonrası Azerbaycan ekonomisi ve Hollanda hastalığı açısından değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Hollanda Hastalığı, Azerbaycan ekonomisindeki başlıca sektörler ve Hollanda Hastalığının Azerbaycan ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Petrol sektörünün sermaye yoğun yapısından dolayı Hollanda Hastalığının başlıca etkisi olan kaynak dağılımı etkisi ortaya çıkmamıştır. Harcama etkisi ise Azerbaycan ekonomisinde kamu harcamalarındaki artış şeklinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Aynı zamanda Azerbaycan ekonomisinin petrol sektörüne aşırı bağımlı olduğu görülmüş ve 1990-2014 yılları arası İhracat, GSYİH ve Petrol fiyatları arasındaki ilişkiye dair ekonomik model tahmin edilmiştir. Ekonometrik analiz sonucunda Petrol fiyatlarında %1’lik bir artışın İhracatta %1,79’luk bir artışa sebep olduğu görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda yine petrol fiyatlarındaki %1’lik bir artış Azerbaycan ekonomisinde %1.51’lik bir büyümeye neden olmuştur.

This study, Dutch Disease, the main sectors of the Azerbaijan economy and the effect of the Dutch Disease on the Azerbaijan economy were analysed. Due to the enclave structure of the oil sector, the effect of the resource movement, which is the main effect of the dutch disease has not been observer. İn addition, Azerbaijani economy was found to be overly dependent on the oil sector, and the economic model covering the relationship between export, GDP and oil prices in 1990-2014 has been developed. Result of the econometric analysis 0,1% percent of the increase in oil prices has become the cause for 1,79% percent increase in export. At the same time, 1 percent of the increase in oil prices has become the cause for 1,51% percent growth in Azerbaycan economy.
