Söke ilçesindeki tarım makineleri imalatçılarının yapısal durumu ve sorunlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Tarım sektörünün sorunları sadece tarımsal üretici sorunları ile sınırlı olmayıp, aynı zamanda tarımsal üretime girdi sağlayan sektörlerden biri olan tarım makinaları imalat sanayini de kapsamakta ve ülkemiz ekonomisi olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ülkemiz genelinde sayısal ve kapasite yönünden ön sıralarda yer alan Söke ilçesindeki imalatçıların mevcut sorunları ve hibe desteklerinin sektöre yansımaları, ilçedeki 18 adet işletmede anket çalışması yürütülerek belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda firmaların sadece %34' ünün fabrikasyon aşamasına geçmiş büyük kapasiteli olduğu saptanmıştır. Hibe destek programının erken açıklanamaması firmaların yıllık üretim planlarını sağlıklı bir şekilde yapamadıkları sorununu yaratmakta, buna rağmen bu destekle birlikte firmaların ortalama %5-%30 oranlarında üretimlerini arttırmalarını sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The problems of the agricultural sector are not only limited to the issues of agricultural producers, also the problems cover the manufacturing of agricultural machinery which is one of the sectors that provide input for the agricultural production and adversely it affects the economy of our country. In this study, the existing problems and the reflection of grant support were determined with making survey on 18 different manufactures which are located in Söke district where Söke is forefront in terms of quantity and capacity across our country, According to the results only 34% of the firms were found to be passed to the fabrication stage of large capacity. With not disclosing the grant support programs early firms cannot plan their annual production in a healthy way however it was concluded that firms increase their production between 5% and 30% with the grant support.
