Sivil toplum kuruluşları ve üniversitelerin görüşleri doğrultusunda 4+4+4 eğitim sistemine yönelik bir analiz

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile 2012 yılında tanıtılan 4+4+4 eğitim sistemine eleştirel bakış açısıyla yaklaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerine dayalı olarak, doküman analizi tekniği kullanılarak ulaşılan literatür aracılığıyla, çeşitli sivil toplum kuruluşları ve üniversitelerin de görüş ve açıklamaları doğrultusunda, yeni sistemin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri nesnel olarak ortaya koyulmasına çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve üniversitelerin, 4+4+4 eğitim sisteminde okula başlama yaşı, okulöncesi eğitim, okulların fiziki yapılarının durumu, eğitim kademeleri ve geçiş sistemi, mesleki ve teknik eğitime yönlendirme, ders isimleri-saatleri-sayıları değişikliği, seçmeli ders düzenlemesi, öğretim ve öğretmen yetiştirme programları sorunu ve öğretmenlerin durumu yönünden değerlendirmeleri ortaya konmuş ve elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda öneriler sunulmuştur.

The purpose of this study was to approach 4+4+4 education system through a critical analysis. The study was carried out with qualitative research and document analysis method is used to identify the positive and negative aspects of new system according to the relevant literature shaped through the opinions and perceptions of various non-governmental organizations and universities. In the research, the assessment of the non- governmental organizations and the universities about the school starting age at 4+4+4 education system, preschool education, physical circumstances of the schools, educational transition among the grades and the class passing system, guidance to vocational or technical schools, the changes of the names, hours and numbers of the lessons, the arrangement of the elective lessons, the problems of instructional and teacher training programs and the current situation of teachers found out and some recommendations were presented according to the findings of the study.
