Aydın yöresindeki incir işletmelerinin yapısal durumunun belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalısma, Türkiye genelindeki incir isletmeleri arasında sayısal ve kapasite fazlalıgı yönünden ön sıralarda yer alan Aydın yöresindeki incir isletmelerinin yapısal durumlarını, üretim tekniklerini, üretim seviyelerini ve sorunlarını belirlemek amacıyla gerçeklestirilmistir. Bu amaçla, isletmelerin temsilcileri ile yüz yüze görüsülerek anket çalısması yapılmıstır. Bu isletmelerin adresleri Aydın Ticaret Odasından alınmıstır. Yapılan çalısmalar sonucunda; yöredeki isletmelerin çogunlugunun küçük ölçekli, ticari statüleri limited sirket seklinde oldugu belirlenmistir. Isletmelerin büyük çogunlugunun arastırma gelistirmeden uzak isletmeler oldugu ortaya çıkmıstır. Bununla birlikte fabrikasyon düzeyinde yeni teknolojilerden yararlanarak üretim yapan büyük kapasiteli isletmelerin de var oldugu saptanmıstır.

This study was performed to specify the structural conditions, production techniques, production levels and present problems of the farms and dry-fig companies of theAydın region in Turkey whose standards rank among the first ones in capacity and quantitative. For this purpose, with a preliminary study conducted we made a questionnaire talking to the business dealers face to face. Their addresses were taken from the town chamber of commerce. As a result, it was found that the majority of the companies were of small scale and most of them established as Limited Companies. They mostly had no concern with research and improved studies. Nevertheless, in the regions was found that a few large size companies looked outstanding about daily capacity and other business qualities with using the newest technology.
