Ekolojik kuru incirin üretim ve pazarlaması üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, son yıllarda giderek daha fazla önem kazanan ekolojik tarımın Dünya'daki ve Türkiye'deki gelişimi, buna bağlı olarak geleneksel ekolojik ürünlerimizle birlikte ekolojik kuru incir ticareti ve gelişimi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, Türkiye kuru incir üretiminin önemli bir bölümünü sağlayan Aydın yöresindeki kuru incir üreticileri ve kuru incir ihraç eden firmalar ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu üretici ve firmaların ekonomik - sosyal yapıları, üretim ve pazarlama problemleri ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çerçevede mevcut sorunlar belirlenerek, sorunların çözümüne yönelik bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study, the development of organic farming in theWorld andTurkey, which gains more importance in recent years, is studied. From this point of view the improvement of organically trading dried figs and conventional organic crops were also investigated. The main subject of the study are the farmers and the importers of the dried figs in theAydin region where the most of the dried figs in Turkey were produced. The economic and social structures, production and marketing problems of the farmers and the importers are shown in the study. In this context the existing problems are determined and some suggestions are made in order to solve these problems.
