dc.description.abstract	Hipoparatiroidi, bazal ganglion kalsifikasyonları ile seyredebilir.Ancak subkortikal beyaz cevhere kadar uzanım gösteren yaygın intraserebral kalsifikasyonlar, hipoparatroidide nadir görülen bir tablodur. Bu olguda, etiyolojisi bilinmeyen epileptik nöbetler nedeniyle takip edilen 20 yaşındaki bayan hastada bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT)'de yaygın parankimal kalsifikasyonlar bulundu. BT bulguları ışığında hastaya iyatrojenik hipoparatiroidi tanısı kondu. Radyolojik bulgular tartışılarak, intraserebral kalsifikasyonların ayırıcı tanısı gözden geçirildi	tr_TR
dc.description.abstract	Hypoparatyroidsm can be associated with calcification of basal ganglia. Extensive intracerebral calcification extending into subcortical white matter, is however rarely seen in h .A20-year-old female who presented with unexplained seizures underwent computerized tomography (CT) examination. CT showed extensive paranchymal calcification, which lead to a diagnosis of iatrogenic hypoparathyroidism. The radiological findings and differential diagnosis of intracerebral calcifications were discussed.	tr_TR
