Aydın yöresinde faaliyet gösteren süt işleme tesislerinin teknolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Aydın ilinde faaliyet gösteren süt işleme tesislerinin teknolojik düzeyinin belirlenmesi ve bölgede süt mamulleri üretiminde kullanılan mevcut mekanizasyonun gelişim eğiliminin ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu amaçla, teknolojik açıdan birbirine benzer ve farklı özellikler gösteren işletmelerde "Anket Çalışması" yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; işletmelerde kullanılan makina ve düzenlerin teknolojik düzeyleri yeterli bulunmuş ancak ürün çeşitliliğinin arttırılarak güvenilir, belli standart ve kalitede mamul üretimine geçilmesi aşamalarında, mevcut düzenlerin yeterli olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. The aim of this research is to determine the technological level of the milk foundation which is active in Aydm and to establish the development trends of the existing mechanism that is used in production of milk products. For that reason questionnaires have been carried out at the campanies that have similar and different techonological qualities. As a result of this research it was found out that the technological levels of the systems and the machines were satisfying. However, it was found out that the existing systems weren't sufficient especially at the stages of increasing the production variety and adopting quality and standard production.
