İlkokul 4. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitabının insan hakları boyutunda incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı ilkoku 4. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarında yer alan insan haklarıyla ilgili kavramların incelenmesi ve ders kitaplarının insan hakları açısından daha iyi hazırlanması için yapılması gerekenleri belirtmektir. Bu çalışmada tarama modeli, tür olarak da amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden doğrulayıcı ve yanlışlayıcı örneklem kullanılmıştır. Ders kitabı sayfaları belirtilerek insan haklarına ilişkin sözlü ve sözsüz iletiler tespit edilmiştir. Bunların hangi insan hakkıyla bağlantılı olduğu belirtilerek, olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri gerekçeleriyle tespit edilmiştir. Anayasamızda yer alan temel hak ve özgürlükler Kişi hak ve özgürlükleri, Sosyal ve ekonomik haklar ve özgürlükler ve Siyasal haklar olarak birer kategori şeklinde düşünülmüş ve bu başlıklar altında incelenerek olumlu ve olumsuz tüm iletiler incelenerek belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca insan haklarının temel kavramlarından olan özgürlük, adalet, eşitlik ve güvenlik de incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda bu alanda görülen eksikliğin giderilmesi sonucu öncelikle insan haklarının bir yaşama biçimi olarak öğretilmesi gerektiği ve ders kitaplarındaki bu eksikliğin giderilmesi için de nelere dikkat edilerek hazırlanması gerektiği belirtilmiştir.

Main purpose of this study is to determine the human rights which appear in the course books of social studies of 4th class of primary school and to indicate the things that must be done for preparing the course books in a better way in terms of Human Rights. Research method used in this study is document analyzing and in terms of oriented sampling methods, affirmative and negative sampling methods have been used. Quoting the pages of the course book, notions related to Human Rights were determined. Of these notions- having indicated to which Human Rights they relate topositive and negative aspects have been determined along with their reasons. The fundamental rights and liberties that appear in our constitutional law have been considered as categories of personal rights and liberties, social and economic rights and liberties, and political rights, and being analyzed under these titles, all the messages -positive and negative- have been indicated by analysis. Liberty, justice, equality and safety which are the fundamental notions of Human Rights have been analyzed as well. As a result of the analysis, to supply the deficiency seen in this area, firstly the necessity that the Human Rights must be taught as a lifestyle, and in order to supply the deficiencies in the books, to which points it is necessary to pay attention while preparing the book, have been stated.
