Büyük Menderes havzasında (Aydın) farklı dönemlerde yetiştirilmeye uygun sanayi domatesi çeşitlerinin belirlenmesi üzerinde çalışmalar

Abstract

Yapılan denemelerin tümünde hasat verimleri, toplam verim, erkenci verim, brix, pH, renk, sertlik ve teorik salça verimi (28 brix) ile ortalama meyve ağırlığı değerleri incelenerek bölgeye uygun çeşitler belirlenmiştir.
