Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki Tarım Makinaları ve Tarıma Dayalı İmalat Sanayinin ülke içindeki müşteri isteklerine cevap verebilmesi, özellikle Avrupa Birliği olmak üzere uluslararası pazarlardaki rekabet piyasasına ayak uydurabilmesi için bir yönetim şekli olan Toplam Kalite Yönetimine geçişte bir araç olan ISO 9000 standartlarının uygulama sürecinin ortaya konması hedeflenmiştir. Bu nedenle, Tarım makinaları ve Tarıma Dayalı imalat Sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren firmalar için ISO 9000 standarttan esas alınarak, belgelendirme öncesi, belgelendirme aşaması ve belgelendirme sonrasından oluşan kalite güvence sistemi kurulum süreçleri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Pilot olarak belirlenen bir firmaya ilişkin olarak yürütülen kalite güvence sistemi kurulum çalışmalarından örnekler verilmiştir.
In this study, it's aimed to prove process of the applications of ISO 9000 standarts to pass by Total Quality Management one of the managements system. It ensures to meet the requirements of buyers in country and to compete in international markets expecially European Union of Agriculture Machinery and Based On Agriculture Machinery Manifactures in Turkey. For this contex, for the firms activing in Agriculture Machinery and Based On Agriculture Machinery Manifactures sector, by taking the ISO 9000 standarts as basis, before the certification, in the prosses of certification and after the certification, the application of quality assurance system processes tried to be explaind. In a project, by taking a firm as a pilot works of quality assurance system processes in this firm were presented as example.
