Abstract:
Bilginin, bir üretim faktörü olarak ön plana çıkması, bu faktörü işleme ve yönetmede kullanılan teknolojiler, enformasyon toplumunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Enformasyon toplumu, toplumsal yapıyı dolayısıyla, ekonomik yapıyı yemden şekillendirmekte ve yeni bir dünya düzeni yaratmaktadır. Bu yeni düzende, İnternet temelli elektronik ticaret önem kazanmaktadır. Uluslararası ticaretin odak noktasını oluşturan elektronik ticaret; bilginin üretilmesinde, yönetilmesinde, endüstriye uygulanmasında ve toplumsal yarara dönüştürülmesinde, rekabet gücünün en önemli göstergesi haline gelmiştir. Türkiye, bu yapıda kendine düşen payı alma yolunda çaba göstermelidir.
The rise of the information and the technologies by managing and directing this factor, made the term information society come into being. Information society forms the public structure, indirectly the economic structure and creates a new world order. In this new world order electronic commerce based on the Internet gained the importance. Electronic commerce which is the focus point of the international trade; become to be the most important indicator of the competitive power by the creation, management of information and by the application of information to the industry and also by changing of it into the public use. In addition,,Turkey must also endeavour to have a share left in this new order.
