İnfeksiyöz bronşitis tavuklarda tüm dünyada yaygın olarak görülen akut seyirli ve çok bulaşıcı viral bir hastalıktır. IB etkeni coronavirustür. Virusun çok sayıda serotipi vardır. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarda yeni saha şuşları izole edilmekte ve bunlar yeni serotip veya varyant suş olarak bildirilmektedir. Çalışmamızda Ege bölgesinde bulunan kanatlılardan toplanan serum örneklerinde IB4/91 suşunun varlığı araştırılmış, aynı zamanda IB M41 ve D274 suşlarının mevcut durumu değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İncelenen 32 kümesin; 8'i (%25) IB M41 suşu, 18'i (%56,25) IB 4/91 suşu ve 17'si (%53,1) IB D274 suşu yönünden pozitif olarak bulunmuştur.
Infectious bronchitisis is an acute, highly contagious viral disease that signs in all over the world at poultry. IB virus agent is a coronavirus. There are several serotypes of virus. In recent studies, the new field serotypes were detected and called new serotypes or variant strain. The aim of current study was investigate situation of IB 4/91 serotype in serum samples which were collected from poultry in Aegean region.It was investigated 32 folcks; IB M41 8 flocks (25%) positive, IB 4/91 18 (56,25%) positive, IB D274 17 (53,1%) positive.
