Köpeklerde femoral anjiyografi olanakları

Abstract

Anjiyografi damar sistemini değerlendirmek için; belirlenen bir damara, suda eriyebilen organik iyotlu bir kontrast maddenin enjeksiyonu ile damarın bir bölümünü görüntülemeyi amaçlayan bir yöntemdir. Anjiyografi vasküler sistemin morfolojisini ve damar duvar kalınlığı, intimal hastalıklar, lumen genişliği, kalsifikasyon gibi patomorfolojik değerlendirmeleri inceler. Ekstremitelerin vasküler sisteminde arteriyovenöz fistüla, arteriyoskleroz, anevrizma, arteryel tromboz, arteriyografi ile teşhis edilir. Bu çalışmada; köpeklerde arka ekstremite bölgelerinde anjiyografi yapılarak arterlerin radyografi ile görüntülenmesi, incelenmesi ve elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesi için iyi bir rehber oluşturulması amaçlanmaktadır. Angiography is the method used for imaging the vascular system. With injection of an water soluble organic ionic contrast agent, one part of the vessel imaging is possible. Angiography examines the morphology of vascular system and patomorphologic evaluations which was include; wall thickness of the vessel, intimal disorder, width of lumen, calcification etc. The arteriovenous fistula, arteriosclerosis, aneurysma, arterial trombus on vascular system of extremities, will be diagnosing with arteriography. The aim of this study, is to evaluate the arteries of the hind extremities by using angiography with radiography and to be a guide for evaluating of these findings.
