Abstract

Osmanlı tarihinin en önemli arşiv kaynaklarından bir tanesi de Şer‘iyye Sicilleridir. Ait oldukları dönem ve yer hakkında oldukça önemli bilgiler veren Şer‘iyye sicillerinden faydalanma konusu bu gün için başlı başına bir problem olmaktadır. Bu durum ise sicillerden faydalanma konusunu belirli bir metoda bağlı kılmayı zaruri hale getirmektedir. Bizde bu önemli kaynaklardan biri olan 275 Numaralı Söke Şer'iyye Sicilini çalışmamıza konu edindik.

One of most important archives of Ottoman history is Sharia Records. The issue of making of Sharia Records, which gave important information about the period and place they belonged to, is today a major problem. This situation makes it obgatory to depend on a certain method while making use the records. In this study we investigated Söke Records No: 275 which is one of this important records. The administrative, political, economical and social structure of Söke were investigated referring to there articles.
