Abstract: | Bu çalışmada 2013 yılı yaz aylarında İzmir ili ve çevresinde bulunan sahipli ve aşılı olan dermatofitozis şüpheli köpeklerin deri lezyonlarından alınan 100 adet svap örnekleme yapılarak Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı Laboratuvarı'nda S. aureus yönünden incelendi. İncelenen 100 örneğin toplam 51'inde (% 51) S. aureus izolasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. 18 adet küçük ırk dişi köpeklerden 6 (% 12), 15 adet küçük ırk erkek köpeklerden 9 (% 18), 31 adet büyük ırk dişi köpeklerden 13 (% 25) ve 36 adet büyük ırk erkek köpeklerden ise 23 (% 45) adet S. aureus izole ve identifiye edilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmada izole edilen Staphylococcus aureus suşlarının % 25.4 oranında Eritromisine; % 54.9 oranında Amoksisilin+Klavulanik aside; % 3.9 Enrofloksasine; % 74.5 Ampicilline; % 5.8 Gentamisine; % 80 Seftizoksime; % 13.7 Neomisine; % 13.7 Kanamisine dirençli olduğu saptanmıştır. In this study, 100 swabes, which were collected from skin lesions of owned, vaccined and dermatophytosis suspected dogs found in Izmir region were examined for S. aureus in Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Department of Microbiology Laboratory. As a result 51 (51 %) S. aureus were isolated out of 100 samples. S. aureus strains were identified from 6 (12 %) of 18 smalbreed female dogs, 9 (18 %) of 15 smalbreed male dogs, 13 (25%) of 31 bigbreed female dogs and 23 (45 %) of 36 bigbreed dogs. The Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in this study found to be resistant to Eryhromicin in the ratio of 25.4 %, Amoxycillin-clavulanic acid in the ratio of 54.9 %, Enrofloxacine in the ratio of 3.9 %, Ampicilline in the ratio of 74.5 %, Gentamicin in the ratio of 5.8 %, Ceftizoxime in the ratio of 80 %, Neomicin in the ratio of 13.7 and Kanamycine in the ratio of 13.7 %. |
