Abstract: | Amaç: Aydın ilinde jeotermal tesislerin bulunduğu ve bulunmadığı alanlardan toprak
Chryseobacterium, Dermacoccus, Pseudomonas, Paenarthrobacter, Arthrobacter,
Microbacterium cinsleride tespit edilmiştir. Bacillus sp. 9 adet, Bacillus subtilis 6 adet,
Bacillus megaterium 4 adet, Bacillus pumilus 4 adet, Lysinibacillus pakistanensis 4 adet,
Bacillus aryabhattai 3 adet, Microbacterium foliorum 2 adet, Bacillus wiedmannii 2 adet,
Objective: In this research, a detailed examination of the region located in the geothermal soils in Aydın province was made. Material and Methods: Soil samples were taken from the gardens in Germencik, İncirliova, Umurlu, Sultanhisar, Köşk, Pamukören, where there are geothermal facilities in Aydın, and Aydın-Çine, where there are no geothermal facilities as positive control. Morphological, cultural and molecular identifications of bacteria isolated from these samples were made. Results: As a result of the research, 60 isolates were concentrated in the Bacillaceae family. species have been identified. 38 species belonging to the genus Bacillus were identified. also Chryseobacterium, Dermacoccus, Pseudomonas, Paenarthrobacter, Arthrobacter, It has also been detected in Microbacterium genera. Bacillus sp. 9 species, Bacillus subtilis 6, Bacillus megaterium 4, Bacillus pumilus 4, Lysinibacillus pakistanensis 4, Bacillus aryabhattai 3, Microbacterium foliorum 2, Bacillus wiedmannii 2, one each from other bacterial species and a total of 60 species were found. Conclusion: Soil microbial load was determined with the isodes obtained from the samples taken from the close vicinity of the geothermal power plants. The effects of the geothermal power plants in the Aydın region on the bacteria found in the surrounding soil and the names of the species were determined. It can be a reference example for similar studies in this field. |
