Türkiye’de cumhuriyet döneminde mesleki ve teknik eğitime bir örnek: Söke Ziraat Okulu (1970-2005)

Abstract

1970-2005 yılları arasında hizmet veren ve Türkiye’de sayılı okullardan biri olan Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi derinlemesine incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi kuruluşundan kapanmasına kadar geçen süreçte öğrenciler, ders müfredatları ve saatleri, kültürel ve sportif faaliyetleri açısından ele alınmıştır. Tez araştırmasının amacı, araştırmanın önemi, problem cümlesi ve alt problemler, araştırmanın sınırlılıkları, araştırmanın yöntemi, veri kaynakları ve veri toplama araçları hariç beş ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde Türkiye’de tarım ve eğitimle ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Özellikle mesleki eğitimde tarım eğitimi üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha özelde Söke’de tarım ve eğitimle ilgili veri toplanmıştır. İkinci bölümde araştırmada kullanılan yöntem başka bir deyişle araştırmanın metodolojisinden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi kuruluşu ve idari yapısı, istihdam durumu ifade edilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde okula öğrenci alımı, okulun masraflarının karşılanma usulleri, statü değişimleri ve okulun eğitim- öğretimi ifade edilirken okutulan dersler ve içerikleri detaylandırılmıştır. Hatta Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi haftalık ders saatleri genel lise ve diğer meslek liseleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi sportif ve kültürel faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca Söke Ziraat Teknik Lisesi’nin Türkiye ve Söke’ye etkileri ele alınmıştır. Özellikle Söke tarımı ve eğitimine etkileri detaylandırıldığı gibi tarım makineleri imalatçılarına önderlik etmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Günümüzde TAYEM’e dönüşerek varlığını sürdürmesinin ve okulun kapanmasının Söke’ye etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur.

Söke Agricultural Technical High School, which served between 1970-2005 and is one of the few schools in Turkey, was tried to be investigated in depth. During the period from the foundation to the closure the Agricultural Technical High School’s students, schedules and hours were discussed in terms of cultural and sporting activities. The thesis consists of four main parts, i.e. the purpose of the research, the importance of the research, the problem sentence and sub-problems, the limitations of the research, the method of the research, data sources and data collection tools. In the first section, general information about agriculture and education in Turkey is given. In particular, the focus was on agricultural education in vocational education. More specifically, data on agriculture and education were collected in Söke. In the second section, the method used in the research is mentioned in other words, the methodology of the research. In the third section, the establishment and administrative structure of Söke Agricultural Technical High School and the employment status are expressed. In the fourth chapter, the acceptance of students to the school, the procedures for covering the costs of the school, status changes and the courses taught while the school's education and training are expressed and their contents are detailed. Even Söke Agricultural Technical High School weekly course hours were compared with general high schools and other vocational high schools. In the fifth section, The sports and cultural activities of Söke Agricultural Technical High School are discussed. Furthermore, the effects of Söke Agricultural Technical High School on Turkey and Söke were discussed. In particular, as well as the leadership of agricultural machinery vii manufacturers, the effects of Söke agriculture and education were detailed,. Today it has evolved into Tayem and the effects of the closure of the school have been focused on Söke.
