Aydın ilindeki firmaların neden olduğu çevre kirliliği ve bu kirliliğin sosyal sorumluluk içerisinde çözülmesi ve bir model önerisi

Abstract

Sosyal sorumluluk, işletmelerin faaliyette bulundukları çevredeki toplumsal sorunları belirlemesi ve bu sorunların çözümü için gereken çalışmaları yapmasıdır. İşletmelerin doğanın korunmasına önem vermeleri de bu sosyal sorumluluk anlayışından kaynaklanmaktadır. Amaç yasal düzenlemelerin ötesinde, insana ve çevreye yatırım yapmaktır. Üretici firmalar yerel bölgelerde yaşayan kitleler ile pozitif ilişkiler kurma ihtiyacı içindedirler.

Doğal kaynakların düşüncesizce tüketilmesinin önlenmesi, hava, su ve toprak kirliliğinin azaltılması, geri dönüşümün sağlanması, atıkların kontrol edilebilmesi ve hatta çevresel korumanın maliyetlerinin belirli oranlarda tutulabilmesi başlı başına bir yönetsel enerji ve zaman içermektedir. Doğanın kirlenmesi sonucunda bozulan ekolojik denge firmaları dolaylı olarak etkilemektedir. Uygulama kapsamında Aydın ilindeki firmalardan kaynaklanan çevre kirliliği belirlenip, ildeki çeşitli kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşları temsilcileriyle mülakatlar yapılacak, gözlemler ve tespitler anketlerle yansıtılmaya çalışılacaktır. Social responsibility is determination of social problems by firms in their environments and making necessary studies in order to solve these problems. The importance of protecting the nature from pollution arises from social responsibility of firms. The goal is to invest in human and nature beside legal arrangements. Manufacturer firms need to set positive relations with the people living at the local areas. Preventing from the thoughtless consumption of natural resources; reducing the pollution of air, water and soil; supplying the recycling; controlling the litters and also having a certain ratio of the cost of protecting the environment are main managerial subjects that consume energy and time. The ecological balance corrupted by the pollution of the environment effects the firms indirectly. In the extent of this application, the pollution resulted by the firms in Aydın will be determined; interviews with the representatives of the public and private organizations will be done. Observations and determinations of hhis study will be reflected and supported by surveys.
