Tavuklarda Mycoplasma gallisepticum`a karşı oluşan antikorların çeşitli serolojik yöntemlerle (rapid sera agglutination-RSA ve enzym linked immuno sorbent assay-ELISA) saptanması ve sonuçlarının karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tavuk yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerden elde edilen serum örnekleri M.gallisepticum'di karşı oluşmuş antikorlar yönünden RSA ve ELISA testleri ile tarandı. Bu amaçla, İzmir ve çevresinde ticari broiler, broiler damızlık ve ticari yumurtacı yetiştiriciliği yapılan 24 farklı işletmeden elde edilen 450 adet serum örneği kullanıldı. Bu serumlar serolojik testlerle (RSA ve ELISA) M. galliseptictan'a. karşı oluşmuş antikorlar yönünden incelendi. Serolojik olarak yapılan bu tarama testlerinin sonucunda RSA ile 266 (%59.1)'sı pozitif; 4 (%0.9)'ü şüpheli vel80(%40)'i de negatif, ELISA ile 93 (%20.27)'ü pozitif, 113 (%25.1)'ü şüpheli ve 244 (%54.2)'ü de negatif bulunmuştur. Tavuklarda M.G infeksiyonlarının serolojik teşhisinde çabukluk, kolaylık ve ekonomik olması bakımından avantajlı olan RSA'nın yanısıra, ELISA gibi oldukça duyarlı ve spesifik olan bir yöntemin de kullanılmasının, infeksiyonun saptanmasında ve sürü taramasında yararlı olacağı sonucuna varıldı. In this study, sera samples which are obtained from various chicken flocks were analyzed for M galtisepticum antibodies by RSA and ELISA tests. For this purpose, 450 samples obtained from 24 different broiler, broiler breeder and layer flocks, which are located in Izmir and its around, were used. These sera were analyzed with serological tests (RSA and ELISA) for M gcdlisepticmn antibodies. As the consequence of the serological tests, 266 (59.1%) positive, 4 (0.9%) suspicious and 180 (40%) negative results were found by RSA; 93 (20.27%) positive, 113 (25.1%) suspicious and 244 (54.2%) negative results were obtained by ELISA The results of this study INDICATED that in addition to RSA, which is advantageous in terms of being quick, easy and economical in serological diagnosis of M. gallisepticum antibodies of chickens, use of ELISA, which is quite a sensitive and specific method would also be beneficial in determining the disease and testing the flocks.
