| Abstract: | Bu çalışmada Kepez/AYDIN'dan Haziran 2005 tarihinde toplanan 10 yetişkin L. stellio'nun (5 â â , 5 â â ) sindirim kanalının bir bölümünü oluşturan ince barsak ve kalın barsağının genel histolojik yapısı ortaya konmuş ve barsağın farklı bölümlerinde bulunan GAG çeşitlerindeki değişiklikler ışık mikroskop seviyesinde belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölgesel çeşitliliğin sindirim fonksiyonunu nasıl etkilediği araştırılmıştır. In this study, histological structure of small and large intestine that forms a region of digestive system is exhibited and regional GAG variation of intestine is determined by light microscopical research in 10 adult L. stellio (5 â â , 5 â â ) which were collected from Kepez/AYDIN in June 2005. Besides, effects of this variation on digestive function is investigated. |
