I nolu besin formülasyonu; 210 ppm N, 31 ppm P, 234 ppm K, 48 ppm Mg, 160 ppm Ca, 64 ppm S, 2,5 ppm Fe, 0,5 ppm Mn, 0,5 ppm B, 0,02 ppm Cu, 0,05 ppm Zn ve 0,01 ppm Mo'den oluşmaktadır..
We carry out fig nursery trees growing in substrat culture of the soilless culture. This research was planned to determine the appropriate nutrient solution and the effects of the formulation of the fig nursery trees, which are grown under the greenhouse and in the open area, over the fertility of fig nursery trees and growth performance and finally the quality. The fig nursery trees grown both under the greenhouse and open areas era fed with five different nutrient formulations. In addition to this, control application was added to this experiment in order to compare the effect of the nutrient formulation. In this research which was composed of pot culture and perlitte as an agregat, the fig nursery trees were taken out at the end of the vegetation period and the assessments of the lengh of shoot, the diameter of shoot, the number of nodium, the length of the internodium, the weight of root and stem and the weight of dry stem were all determined. Furthermore by making a biochemical analysis in fig nursery trees, the evaluation of total sugar, total starch and total carbonhydrate were determined, too. When all the results of the experiment are taken into consideration, the following conclusions were obtained. As regards with the criteria of vegetative growth, it was determined that the best fig nursery trees grown under the grenhouse were generally fed with the nutrient formulation numbered II and also best fig nursey trees performance were determined in the nutrient formulation numbered I in the open area.. The nutrient formulation numbered I was composed of 210 ppm N, 31 ppm P, 234 ppm K, 48 ppm Mg, 160 ppm Ca, 64 ppm S, 2,5 ppm Fe, 0,5 ppm Mn, 0,5 ppm B, 0,02 ppm Cu, 0,05 ppm Zn and 0,01 ppm Mo. The food formulation numbered II was composed of; 168 ppm N, 41 ppm P, 156 ppm K, 36 ppm Mg, 160 ppm Ca, 48 ppm S, 2,8 ppm Fe, 0,55 ppm Mn, 0,54 ppm B, 0,064 ppm Cu, 0,065 ppm Zn and 0,048 ppm Mo. 66- When the biochemical analysis was generally evaluated, the most significant point which came out was that the total carbonhydrate accumulation of the fig nursery trees grown under the greenhouse was more than that grown in the open area. An interesting occurate appeared in the plant grown in open areas. The most carbonhydrate accumulation of the root samples was obtained from the application numbered II in which nutrient was not given. In the experiment, the lengths of the shoot were recorded during the vegetation 23 week period. According to this, the lengths of shoot for all nutrient formulations both under the greenhouse and in the open areas had a increasing tendency in the 9 th week of cuttings planting and the most increasing tendency occured in the 1 3 th week. Regarding with the fig nursery trees in which the leaf-number was taken into consideration during the 23 week period and in both locations and in the fig nursery trees in which all the nutrient formulations were used, there was an increasing tendency after the 7 th week. This had a peak level in the 18 week. When leaf- number was evaluated, the best increase was observed an the fig nursery trees grown under the greenhouse and fed with the food formulation numbered II and on the ones grown in open areas fed with nutrient formulation.
