Abstract: | Streptokok türleri, insan ve hayvanlarda deride ve mukozal yüzeylerde bulunabilen
101 adet mikroorganizma izole edildi. Bu bakterilerin 10 adeti (% 9.90) Gram Negatif kok ve
basil, 91 adeti (% 90.10) ise Gram Pozitif kok-kokoid olarak belirlendi.
Gram Pozitif kok-kokoid tarzı 91 adet mikroorganizmadan 4 adeti Staphylococcus
spp. olarak belirlenirken, 32 adet Lactococcus lactis, 3 adet Enterococcus avium, 16 adet
Enterococcus feacalis, 1 adet Listeria spp., 10 adet Aerococcus viridans, 5 adet Aerococcus
urinae, 7 adet Streptococcus pyogenes ve 13 adet Streptococcus agalactiae identifiye edildi.
S. agalactia, sağlıklı balıkların % 10.42'sinden izole edilirken, %7.84 oranında hasta
balıklarda izole edilmiştir. S. pyogenes ise, sağlıklı balıkların % 6.25'inden izole edilirken,
hasta balıkların % 3.92'sinden izole edilmiştir. Streptococcus spp., can be present on skin and mucosal surfaces of animal and human. Like most of the animals also these microorganisms can create diseases on fish and so they can cause economical looses. Therefore, Streptococcal infections are very important especially for cultured freshwater fısh. The aim of this study was, to define Streptococcal infections at culture fish in Aegian Region. In this research, 150 live culture fishes were taken from various fish farms on Aegeon Region and they classified as healthy or diseased. After analiysing these 150 culture fishes at routine identification laboratories, 101 microorganism isolated. 10 (%9,90) of these bacteria were identified as Gram-Negative cocci and bacilli, 91 (%90,10) of them were identified as Gram-Positive cocci-coccoid. After identification of these 91 Gram positive cocci-coccoid microorganisms, the most prevelant strains were Lactococcus lactis (32), Enterococcus avium (3), Enterococcus feacalis (16), Listeria spp. (1), Aerococcus viridans (10), Aerococcus urinae (5), Streptococcus pyogenes (7) and Streptococcus agalactiae (13). S. agalactia, isolated from 10.42 % of healthy fish as well as they isolated from 7.84 % of diseased fish. Also S. pyogenes isolated from 6.25 % of healthy fish and 3.92 % of diseased fish. |
