dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Kepez/AYDIN’dan Haziran 2005 tarihinde toplanan 10 yetişkin L. stellio’nun (5 ♂♂, 5 ♀♀) sindirim kanalının bir bölümünü oluşturan ince barsak ve kalın barsağının genel histolojik yapısı ortaya konmuş ve barsağın farklı bölümlerinde bulunan GAG çeşitlerindeki değişiklikler ışık mikroskop seviyesinde belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölgesel çeşitliliğin sindirim fonksiyonunu nasıl etkilediği araştırılmıştır.tr_TR
