Abstract: | Zeytinyağı, olgunluğa ulaşmış zeytin meyvelerinden presle ve santrifüjle elde
Olive-oil is an edible oil which is obtained from ripe olive fruits by press and centrifugal. Parallel to the developments in olive-oil technology the amount of liquid and solid wastes have increased. Specially liquid wastes are important environmental polluters. In the regions where olive-dealers are intensive different methods are recommended to do away with this environmental polluter. In this study it is aimed to put forward the technical and economical feasibiliy of the system which concentrates wastewater and decreases its mass in a closed cycle with thermal methods in the plant. According to this aim the technical criterions of a model foundation which concentrates wastewater under vacuum and ensures most of its energy requirements. |
