| Abstract: | Bu çalışmada geniş tabanlı zirai jantların istenen yük altında yorulma dayanımı bilgisayar destekli yazılım ile araştırılmıştır. Mevcut jantın istenen taşıma kapasitesini taşıyamayacağı anlaşılmış, ayı iki adet daha jant tasarlanmış ve yapısal analize sokulmuştur. Çıkan sonuçlara göre en uygun jant tasarımı belirlenmiş kritik bölgeler tespit edilmiş, yorulma analizi yapılmış ve Wöhler diyagramı oluşturulmuştur. In this study, the effect of flange profile on fatigue for Agricultural Wheels was investigated using computer aided analysis. It is realaed that the current wheel can not carry the loading. According to the obtained results, the most suitable wheel desing was determined, critical regions were spesified, wear analyses werw carried out and Wöhler diagram was generated. |
