Erzurum kent parklarındaki gürültü kirliğinin belirlenmesi : Aziziye Parkı örneğinde

Abstract

Gürültü kirliliği kentlerdeki artan araç sayısına bağlı olarak hayatımızın her alanında bizi etkilemektedir. Bu alanlardan birisi de kent parklarıdır. Oysa kent parkları mümkün olduğunca sessiz olması gerekli yerlerden birisidir. Bu çalışma, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nin büyük kentlerinden biri olan Erzurum kent merkezinde, önemli bir alanda bulunan Aziziye Parkı'ndaki gürültü kirliğinin düzeyinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Parkta sabah, öğle ve akşam yapılan ölçümler sonucunda; gürültü kirliliğinin akşam vaktinde 69,00dB(A)'ya ortalama olarak ise 67,69dB(A)'ya ulaştığı belirlenmiştir. Bu değerlerin Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliği'nce izin verilen sınır değerlerini oldukça aştığı tespit edilmiştir. İstatistiki yönden (p<0.01)sabah, öğle ve akşam gürültü değerleri arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunmuş ve sonuçta parktaki gürültü kirliliğinin azaltılmasına yönelik bazı çözüm önerileri verilmiştir.

Depending on the increasing number of vehicles from day to day, increased noise pollution affects human life in different urban spaces. One of these spaces are urban parks. On the other hand, urban park is one of the places that should be as quiet as possible. This study has been conducted to determine level of noise pollution in Aziziye Park that is located in an important area in the city center of Erzurum, which is one of the big cities of Eastern Anatolia Region. To achieve its aim, measurements have been conducted in the morning, noon and evening, and these measurements revealed that the level of noise increased to 69, 00 dB (A) in evenings and reached to 67, 69 dB (A) in days averagely. This findings show that this value highly exceed the level that has been determined in “Noise Control Regulation”. Besides, the differences among the noise levels in morning, noon and evening have not been determined as significant (p<0.01). At the end of the study, some propositions have been developed to decrease the level of noise in the Aziziye Park.
