Bu çalışmada, soğuk presyon tekniğiyle üretilen ham ayçiçek yağından elde edilen biyodizel kullanılmıştır. Laboratuar şartlarında transesterifikasyon yöntemi kullanılarak ayçiçek yağı biyodizelinin ester dönüşüm oranı üzerine etkili olan parametreler istatistiki olarak incelenmiştir. Ayçiçek yağı metil esteri (AYME) üretiminde katalizör miktarı ile sıcaklık ve yağ/alkol molar oranı parametrelerinin etkilerini ortaya koymak amacıyla deneyler 30 °C, 40 °C ve 50 °C reaksiyon sıcaklıklarında; 1/3, 1/6, 1/8 ve 1/10 yağ/alkol molar oranlarında, yağ kütlelerinin % 0.5, % 1 ve % 1.5'u oranlarında KOH katalizör kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. ıstatistiksel analiz sonucunda elde edilen AYME miktarını maksimum yapan deneysel şartlar % 1 katalizör miktarı, 30 °C sıcaklık ve 1/10 molar orandır. Bu şartlarda maksimum ester dönüşüm oranı % 98 olmuştur. Optimal şartlarda üretilen metil esterin yakıt analiz sonuçları EN 14214 biyodizel standartlarıyla kıyaslanmış ve ayçiçeği yağı metil esteri biyodizel standartlarına uygun bulunmuştur.tr_TR
In this study biodiesel, which is produced of raw sunflower oil by using cold pression technique, is used. Under lab conditions transesterification method is used to statistical analysis the parametres of the sunflower oil biodiesel upon the effective rates of the conversion rate. In order to put forth the effects of the catalyst concentration, reaction temperature, oil/alcohol molar ratio parametres of the sunflower oil methyl ester (SOME) production the experiments are carried out in 30 °C, 40 °C and 50 °C reaction temperature, the alcohol/oil molar ratios are 1/3, 1/6, 1/8 and 1/10 and the oil mass rates are stated as 0.5 %, 1 % and 1.5 % using KOH catalyst. At the end of the statistical analysis the derived SOME amount which makes the experimental conditions in a maximum level is stated as 1 % catalyst concentration, 30 °C reaction temperature and the molar rate is given as 1/10. Under these optimal conditions the maximum methyl ester conversion rate is 98 %. The results of the fuel analysis which are produced in optimal conditions are compared to EN 14214 biodiesel standards and according to the stated results sunflower oil methyl ester is suitable for biodiesel standards.tr_TR
