Muğla kenti ve Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi yönetimi

Abstract

6360 sayılı yasa, Türkiye’de yerel yönetimlerde yeni bir süreci başlatmıştır. Artık Muğla ve diğer 13 şehir, büyükşehir statüsüne geçmiştir. Artık diğer 13 büyükşehir belediye yönetimiyle birlikte Muğla, yeni bir uygulama içindedir. Bu çalışmada genelde Muğla ve özelde Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi yönetimi üzerine bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu yasa ile eski 16 büyükşehir de yeni bir uygulamanın içine girmiştir. Sorunlar ve aksaklıklar olacaktır. Yasanın bazı maddelerinde değişiklikler olabilir. Yargı ve değerlendirme yapmak için henüz erkendir. Bu çalışmada Muğla kentinin konumu, tanıtımı ve Muğla’nın tarihi, kültürel, doğal özellikleri, sosyo ekonomik yapısı incelenmiştir. 2014 yılı yerel seçim sonuçları ile 6360 sayılı yasanın Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi Yönetimini ilişkin maddeleri açıklanmıştır. Yeni süreçle ilgili sorunlar, beklentiler ve değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.

Law No. 6360, it has launched a new process in the local government in Turkey. Now Mugla and the other 13 cities was transferred to metropolitan status. Now Mugla with the other 13 metropolitan municipalities management is in new application. In this study, it is given information in general Muğla and in particular Mugla Municipality Management. It entered into a new application the former 16 metropolitan with this law. Problems and troubles will be. Some material may be changes in the law. It is too early to make judgments and evaluation. In this study, they were investigated the location, presentation of the city of Muğla and Muğla's historic, cultural and natural characteristics, socio-economic structure. They are described with the results of the 2014 local elections and regarding agents of Law No. 6360 with Muğla Municipality Management. They are presented new process-related problems, expectations and evaluations.
