| Abstract: | Eozinofilik granulom nadir görülen Langerhans hücreli histiositozdur. Akciğer, lenf bezleri, kemik, göz, deri ve
hipotalamus etkilenebilir. Akciğer tutulumu olan hastaların %20 'si asemptomatiktir. Bu yazıda başağrısı ile
başvuran eozinofilik granulomlu bir hastada asemptomatik akciğer tutulumu sunulmaktadır. Eosinophilic granuloma is rarely seen form of Langerhans cell histicytosis. Lungs, lymph nodes, bones, eyes and hypothalamus may be involved. 20% of the patients with lung involvement are asymptomatic. In this article, asymptomatic lung involvement in a patient with eosinophilic granuloma who was admitted with headache is presented. |
