Gebeliğe bağlı coombs negatif hemolitik anemi

Abstract

Gebeliğe bağlı otoimmün hemolitik anemi nadir görülen ve genellikle Coombs testi (DAT=Direk antiglobulin test) negatif saptanılan bir klinik tablodur. Bu makalede 36 yaşında ikinci hamileliği sırasında Coombs negatif hemolitik anemi saptanan ve steroid tedavisi ile hemoliz kontrol altına alınabilen bir hastamızı sunmaktayız.

Hemolytic anemia associated with pregnancy is a rare and usually Coombs test (direct antiglobulin test=DAT) is negative. In this paper we presented a woman who had DAT negative hemolytic anemia during the second pregnancy. In patient hemolysis was controlled with steroid therapy.
