| Abstract: | Kronik öksürük, üç haftadan daha uzun süren, inatçı, kisileri rahatsız eden, tanı ve tedavide problem olan bir
semptomdur. Son yıllarda öksürük mekanizması anlasılmaya baslanmıs ve anatomik tanısal yaklasımla tanı ve
tedavisi daha basarılı hale gelmistir.
Bu makalede, literatür gözden geçirilerek, kronik öksürüklü bir hastaya pratik yaklasımda gerekli olan bilgilerin
verilmesi amaçlanmıstır. Chronic cough-cough lasting more than three weeks-is a persistent, disturbing symptom which is a diagnostic and therapeutic problem. Recently, the mechanism of cough was explained and diagnosis and treatment became more successful by anatomic diagnostic approach. The aim of this manuscript is to give the necessary information for practical approach to a patient with chronic cough, by reviewing the literature. |
