Milli Eğitim bakanları ve eğitim icraatları (1980-1999)

Abstract

Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İlköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği Ana Bilim Dalında Yüksek Lisans Tezi olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmanın konusu ?Milli Eğitim Bakanlarının Eğitim İcraatları (1980-1999)?dur. 12 Eylül 1980 İhtilalinden kısa bir süre sonra kurulan hükümetlerde, eğitim sisteminin birlik ve bütünlüğümüzün temelini teşkil edecek biçimde yeniden düzenlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitekim incelediğimiz dönemde 12 hükümet kurulmuş ve 11 Milli Eğitim Bakanı görev yapmıştır. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. I. Bölümde, araştırmanın amacı, önemi, sınırlılıkları ve yöntemi verilerek, konu ile ilgili kavramlar tanımlanmış ve açıklanmıştır. II. Bölümde, kurulan hükümetlerde eğitim, parti programlarında eğitim ile 1980-1999 yılları arasında görev yapan Milli Eğitim Bakanlarının eğitim konusunda yaptıkları çalışmalar sunulmuştur. III. Bölümde, değerlendirme, yorum, sonuç ve öneriler yer almıştır. The subject matter of this masters thesis prepared in Adnan Menderes Social Sciences Institute Primary School Social Studies Teaching program is The national education ministers?s educational Works which was done between 1980-1999. After the 12 September 1980?s Coup, it was aimed that the education system is to be rearranged in order to secure the basis of the nation?s unity and its solidarity. As a matter of fact, 12 governments are established and 11 national education ministers worked between 1980-1999 period. Therefore, this study was concentrated and on this term. This study has three main chapters. In chapter I, study?s aim, limitations and method has been given, the concept of study has been explained. In chapter II, education in which was established governments, education in political parties program and the national education ministers?s educational works which is done between the year of 1980-1999, has been explained. Chapter III dealth with evoluation, comments and results some advices have also been given.
