Abstract: | Dış ve iç çevre etkenlerinin ve bunun yaratığı imajın uyum/uyumsuzluğunun tercih ve satınalma davranışları üzerine doğrudan ve dolaylı etkilerinin ortaya konması uyum/uyumsuzluğu yaratan etkenlerin yönetilebilmesi açısından gereklidir. İlgili alanda var olan uygulamalı çalışmaların sayısal azlığından hareketle, bu çalışmada mağaza içi/mağaza dışı çevresel etkenlerden renk ve kalabalık etkenlerinin turistlerin alışverişte yakınlaşma/uzaklaşma davranışlarına etkileri incelenmektedir. It is necessary to show the internal and external environmental factors and the direct and indirect effects on preference and shopping behaviour of the adjustment of the image created by these factors. Due to the lack of researches in this field , in this research the effects of colour and crowding which are the external and internal environment factors of the destination on approach / avoidance behaviour of the tourists in shopping are examined. |
