Avian leucosis virus enfeksiyonun halk elindeki kümeslerde antijenik olarak araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tavuklarda neoplastik hastalıklara neden olan ALV enfeksiyonun Aydın yöresindeki dağılımını ELISA yöntemi ile tespit etmek amaçlandı. ELISA sonuçları ile yumurta kalite kriterleri arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Örnekleme, ilin farklı yöneylerindeki ilçelerden halk elinde üretimi yapılan tavukların yumurtaları toplanarak yapıldı. Altı farklı ilçedeki 151 kümesten toplanan 585 yumurtanın albüminleri ALV p27 grup spesifik antijeni yönünden test edildi. İncelenen 151 kümesten 110 tanesinde ALV p27 antijeni saptandı. Kümeslerdeki ALV p27 antijeni pozitiflik oranı % 17 ile % 100 arasında görüldü. Toplam örneklerde ki ALV enfeksiyon oranı % 47,69 (279/585 yumurta) olarak bulundu. ALV p27 antijeni açısından pozitiflik tespit edilen kümeslerin ilçeler bazındaki dağılımı incelendiğinde en düşük oran İncirliova'da % 40 (14/35 kümes), en yüksek oran ise Söke'de % 90,63 (29/32 kümes) olarak tespit edildi. ALV p27 antijeni bulunmayan kümeslerdeki örneklerin yumurta ağırlığı ve şekil indeksi daha yüksek ölçüldü. Hastalık etkeninin bu derece yaygın olması hastalığın teşekkül edip etmediğinin araştırılmasını ve eradikasyon için tedbirlerin alınması gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmaktadır

In the present study, it was aimed to determine the spread of ALV infection which inducing neoplastic diseases in laying hens with ELISA method around the Aydın region. The relation between ELISA results and egg quality criterions was investigated. Eggs of domestic fowls were sampled from different localizations of several provinces. The albumen of 585 randomly selected eggs sampled from 151 pens at six different provinces were tested for group of ALV p27 specific antigen. The proportion of pens which defined as positive for ALV p27 range between 17 to 100%. ALV infection rate for all eggs tested was 47,69 % (279 eggs of 585 total eggs tested). When examined the spread of pens based on provinces as positive for ALV p27 antigens, the lowest value was determined in İncirliova with 40 % (14 of total pens examined), where as the highest percentage value with 90- 63 % recorded in Söke (29 of total pens surveyed). These findings clearly demonstrated that disease agents of ALV are widespread throughout the field surveyed. Egg weight and shape index of sample was defined as negative for ALV p 27 antigen higher than positive ones. Hence, further researches are needed whether the disease has been occurred or not and also preventive measures should be taken in order to eradication of the disease.
